Source of my username: In a flurry of creativity I mashed the "horrid" of Longfellow's poem with "porridge", dropping the "ge" to get a better flowing rhyme thing going on. The poem has been mine since birth (per my parents and despite the lack of curl). I...have no real idea why the porridge. But it's grown on me. :)
Friending policy: I have none! :D Seriously, friend if you'd like, de-friend if you'd like. I don't mind. At the moment I'm rather Stargate:Atlantis obsessed, but I dip into other things, too. So join me when you're interested, leave me when you're bored. I'll only cry a little. ;)
